3. Watermark and Payment
a. All E-Invites downloaded from our website will have a watermark.
b. To remove the watermark, customers must make a payment as specified on our website.
c. Once payment is made for watermark removal, the customer will receive a watermark-free version of the E-Invite.
4. Customer Responsibility
a. Customers are responsible for inputting accurate and error-free information into the E-Invite templates.
b. We are not responsible for any spelling mistakes or inaccuracies in the E-Invites as they are generated based on the customer's input.
c. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and proofread the E-Invites before finalizing their order.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
a. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any E-Invite purchases.
b. Once a customer has made a payment for watermark removal or downloaded an E-Invite, the transaction is considered final.
6. Intellectual Property
a. All E-Invite designs and content on our website are the intellectual property of E-Save The Date.
b. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the E-Invite designs for personal or event-related purposes only.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services, including the removal of E-Invite designs, without prior notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms and Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or E-Invite designs.
